Peaceful Valley's Crew!

 Sookie was our very first Pembroke Welsh Corgi! She is a very calm and sweet girl. She is a gorgeous tri-color girl with gorgeous amber colored eyes. Sookie was one of the most adorable Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppies we had ever seen. Her full fluff and gorgeous colors just melted our hearts from the very beginning. Sookie can be found playing with her other doggo friends or with the kids! She loves to cuddle and is never short on kisses! Sookie has a gorgeous build and fluffy adorable ears! We have so enjoyed watching this gorgeous girl grow up! She is who we have chosen to extend our program to include Pembroke Welsh Corgi’s and cant wait to see how adorable her little fluffy puppies will be! If they are anything like her, they are going to be gorgeous!! (as you can see below from her puppy picture).  

Health Testing 

Sookie's health testing is still being processed as she is waiting to join the program! According to the health testing of her parents, she should test as double clear of, 

•  Degenerative Myelopathy
• Exercise Induced Collapse (Retriever Type)
• von Willebrand's Disease Type I
• Cone-Rod Dystrophy I - PRA (crd -4/cord I)
• Progressive Retinal Atrophy - rcd3 (Corgi/Crested Type)
• Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (Pembroke Welsh Corgi Type)
• Degenerative Myelopathy Early-Onset Risk Modifier (Pembroke Welsh Corgi Type)
• Severe Combined Immunodeficiency Disease, X-Linked (Corgi Type) 

 Koda Bear came to us from a local Pembroke Welsh Corgi breeder, Top Notch Paws. We had been waiting some time to find the perfect male to pair with our Sookie girl. Koda came to us from Top Notch Paws “Magnolia” and Rockin’ Hound’s “Loki”. I was there when Koda was born and chose him the day he was born. We had the pleasure of watching him grow every day from a newborn to a gorgeous puppy (as you can see below). His bright blue eyes slowly transitioned to a gorgeous honey colored amber. Koda is the most loving and snuggly puppy. He loves kisses and will follow us and the kids around just to wiggle his little butt and steal some cuddles. Koda is popularly known as the “Wizard” something about him reminds everyone of a wizard when they see him.  (as you can see below from her puppy picture).
